What if there is damage?

What to do if I have placed an incorrect size or item or quantity in my order?

  • Please contact us immediately and quote your order number and the item that was missing or incorrect. 

How long will the shipment take?

  • Hong Kong / Macau area: 3~5 working days after payment confirmation.

How do I know what size I should purchase?

  • Please refer to size chart in the product page.

Can the order be picked up by myself?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer any pick-up option.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?   

  • Hong Kong / Macau: Duties and taxes are not charged.

What if an item is out of stock?

  • You can sign-up for Re-Stock Notification in the product page, and we will inform you once the product is back in stock.

Can I track my order?

  • The shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to you by email once it has been shipped.

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

  • You will need to arrange return postage to us at your own expense unless the item is defective, damaged or there is an fulfilment error.

What if I want to change my shipping address?

  • The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is entered correctly. If the package is returned due to the wrong address or cannot be delivered, we will not bear any responsibility. If you decide to change the shipping address, please e-mail us at info@wazup.run immediately after placing the order.
